Prateek Group Breaks Ground on Sector 150 Luxury Living

NCR-based developer Prateek Group has initiated construction on its new luxury residential project in Sector 150, Noida, following a Bhumi Pujan ceremony. In an industry shift toward execution readiness, construction has commenced prior to the official commercial launch.

The project will feature modern architectural planning aimed at high-end buyers and is projected to create more than 2,000 construction jobs. Prateek Tiwari, Managing Director of Prateek Group, noted that starting ground operations early demonstrates the company's delivery-first philosophy and dedication to execution speed and quality.
